Our Puppy Process

1. First Contact
Contact us and tell us about your family, your lifestyle and what you are looking for in a puppy. This first conversation helps us better understand your plans and expectations.

2. Getting to Know You & Application Approval
We take the time to get to know you and make sure that an Australian Labradoodle is a good match for your lifestyle and expectations. Following this conversation, we will confirm whether your application has been approved.

3. Reserving Your Place
Once your application has been approved, a reservation deposit secures your place on an upcoming litter. Your reservation will then be officially confirmed.

4. Birth & First Weeks
From the moment the puppies are born, we keep you updated on the litter’s progress. Our puppies are raised with us in a family environment, with particular attention given to their early development, socialization and wellbeing.

5. Choosing Your Puppy
Puppy selection takes place once their individual personalities begin to emerge. We take your preferences into account, while also considering each puppy’s temperament and how well they match your family and lifestyle.

6. Preparing for Your Puppy
Together, we prepare for your puppy’s arrival: food, essential supplies, planning for those important first days and advice to help make the transition into their new family as smooth as possible.

7. Going Home ♡
Your puppy joins your family with their documents, veterinary records and all the information you need to begin your new life together with confidence.

And Afterwards?
Our support continues long after your puppy goes home. We remain available to advise and support our families throughout the life of their Stars Labradoodle.
